Andreas regularly advises Italian and International clients with respect to contractual matters relating to complex domestic and cross-border corporate-M&A and Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposal of corporate interests, real estate portfolios and investment fund shares. Andreas has also gained experience in the fields of private equity, corporate governance, venture capital and joint venture incorporation as well as ordinary consultancy in civil, commercial, and corporate law.
