Alessandro is a lawyer experienced in the banking and finance practice, with a particular focus on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. In particular, Alessandro assists the main players in the securitization’s market in transactions regarding a broad range of receivables (including residential receivables, public administrations’ receivables, unlikely to pay receivables and non performing loans).
