Alessandro is a lawyer experienced in the banking and finance practice, with a particular focus on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. In particular, Alessandro assists the main players in the securitization’s market in transactions regarding a broad range of receivables (including residential receivables, public administrations’ receivables, unlikely to pay receivables and non performing loans). Moreover, Alessandro has experience in the regulation of informatic markets for the trade of receivables.
