Alessandra advises clients in the banking, finance, structured finance (asset finance and non-performing) sectors and in debt capital markets.
More specifically, from 2015, she has advised Italian and international banks, finance companies and investment funds in relation to securitisation, asset financing, and factoring as well as purchase and securitisation of non-performing loans. She has also advised clients on structured covered bonds issuances in Italy that are both privately and publicly placed.
