Alain provides out-of-court advice to leading Italian and international clients on matters concerning criminal corporate law with a focus on banking and insurance. He has personally advised clients in proceedings concerning Criminal Tax Law, Criminal Bankruptcy Law and Criminal Labor Law. He regularly assists in connection with internal fraud and internal investigations.
Alain was rewarded "Lawyer of the Year – White Collar Crimes" at Legalcommunity Forty under 40 Awards 2022.
