Amendments to the 10% Surcharge on the Variable Remuneration paid to Executives in the Financial Sector approved by the Italian Chamber of Deputies. The amendment expressly limits the scope of the 10% Surcharge to financial intermediaries and financial holding companies, thus excluding industrial holding companies and corporate finance advisory firms from the scope of the 10% Surcharge.
