Chiomenti Launches a New Project on White Collar Crimes & Business Integrity

Chiomenti has a new Business Unit dedicated to “White Collar Crimes & Business Integrity”.

The initiative aims at addressing a strong request for integrated services of the Firm’s main clients and at strengthening - with a new structured internal team characterized by a full spectrum expertise, also internationally-oriented, in the sector of Business Criminal Law - the natural interplay, in various areas of activity, between different experiences and competences within legal services, as required by enterprises in the management of their ordinary business as well as in the context of extraordinary transactions and high-risk litigation.
