Stefano advises and represents Italian and international clients in complex national and international civil, corporate and commercial disputes, either before State Courts or Arbitral Tribunals.
In particular, his professional experience includes: litigating on pre-contractual, contractual and tort liability; private enforcement of antitrust torts; unfair competition; product safety and product liability; consumer law and class actions; IP/IT protection and litigation; company and commercial litigation.

In 2021 Stefano has been ranked on Legal500 as key lawyer of Chiomenti’s litigation and arbitration department and appointed by Clients for his “ability to listen to customer needs and to advise the client in a concrete and professional way”.
