Stefano advises listed and non-listed industrial and financial groups, as well as Italian and foreign private equity funds with a focus on M&A, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions in various sectors (including banking, insurance, luxury, fashion, energy, and telecommunications). He has also gained a wealth of experience in corporate governance, corporate restructuring and real estate (establishment and management of real estate investment trusts and real estate funds as well as sale and purchase of real estate companies and portfolios).
Stefano has been ranked as an attorney with recognised experience in corporate law, mergers, and acquisitions by prominent international legal guides such as Legal 500.
