Tommaso focuses on advising private equity sponsors and investors on complex, national and cross-border transactions across a variety of industries. He represents leading private equity sponsors, investment funds and portfolio companies in a wide range of private and public transactions in Italy and across borders, including leveraged buyouts, take-privates, add-ons, continuation and fund-to-fund transactions, co-investments, club deals, dividend recapitalizations, growth capital investments, preferred equity transactions, exits and divestment processes.
He has advised on transactions across diverse industries, including food and beverage, retail, fashion and design, industrials, technology, fintech, hospitality and insurance. His practice also extends to industrial M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance and governance matters.
Tommaso has been included by Law.com International among the best professionals under 40 in Private Equity, in the 2025 Private Equity Rising Stars List.
