In particular, his professional experience includes: litigation in matters of pre-contractual, contractual, and tort liability; private enforcement of antitrust violations; unfair competition; product safety and product liability; consumer law and class actions; corporate and commercial litigation.
In 2021, Stefano was included in the Legal500 ranking as a key lawyer in Chiomenti's litigation and arbitration department and was nominated by clients for his “ability to listen to clients' needs and advise them in a practical and professional manner.” Previously, he was also mentioned in 2020 in Legal500 among the best lawyers specializing in litigation in Italy.
