Massimo advises Italian and international clients on tax law, with a particular focus on tax litigation either in the tax inspection phase or in tax litigations. In particular, he assists multinational groups and Italian companies before tax courts of first and second instance, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court and European Court of Justice. He has been Member of the Ministry Commission which implemented the reform of the Italian tax litigation legislation and the reform of the Corporate income tax.
He is currently member of the Executive Committee of the International Fiscal Association (Global) and General Secretary of the International Fiscal Association (Italian Branch). He is frequent speaker at domestic and international conferences and has published many articles on tax litigation.
Massimo is ranked Band 1 by prominent international legal guides such as Chambers and Legal 500.
