Marco advises Italian and international clients in extraordinary transactions, with particular focus on distressed M&A deals and corporate transactions. His activities include assistance in mergers and acquisition, commercial agreements, joint ventures, investment agreements, debt restructuring and real estate transactions, as well as on general corporate governance and corporate law matters.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
