Giusi regularly advises Italian and international clients (including private equity funds, regulated entities, institutional and financial investors) on domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions, extraordinary capital operations, reorganizations, as well as on general corporate governance matters and the issuance of alternative investment instruments (primarily SFPs and warrants). Giusi has also gained significant experience in transactions with a specific focus on technology, hardware and software infrastructures, cybersecurity and cyber intelligence, as well as in the infrastructure sector, and has recently published a contribution on corporate law matters.
