Giulia advises Italian and international clients on tax planning and domestic or cross-border transactions in the real estate, private equity, and structured finance sectors. She has developed strong expertise in the tax aspects of real estate deals, including structuring, acquisitions, financing, and investment vehicles such as real estate funds, SICAFs and real estate securitization vehicles. Giulia has extensive experience in advising clients before the Italian Tax Authorities in requests for prior interpretation of the tax authority on tax-relevant conducts (istanze di interpello) and international rulings.
