GABRIELLA ABBATTISTA

Gabriella regularly assists Italian and international clients (including intermediaries, sponsors and alternative players) in the full gamut of banking and structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on corporate, acquisition, leveraged and project finance transactions as well as private placement and “mini-bond” issuances. She also has an extensive experience in NPLs/UTPs and special situations transactions.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Gabriella Abbattista joined the Firm in 2022. In 2025 she was a Foreign Associate Attorney at the London office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
