He has extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, spin-offs, divestitures, real estate transactions and preferred equity structures, handling both domestic and cross-border deals.
Francesco supports entrepreneurs, industrial groups, investment funds and multinational corporations in the management of day-to-day business operations, advising on commercial contracts, corporate governance, executive relations - including incentive and retention plans - and corporate compliance.
During his time at the firm, Francesco also spent a secondment in the legal department of a leading Italian listed company in the energy sector, where he assisted senior management on corporate governance, subsidiary management and compliance matters.
