Chiara focuses on corporate law and capital markets law. In particular, she provides ordinary and extraordinary assistance to listed companies in the context of equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, capital increases) and Public M&A. Chiara also has experience in advising Italian listed companies on corporate governance, corporate compliance, related party transactions, transparency and market abuse.
