Anna assists and advises Italian and international clients on industrial and intellectual property law in all of its aspects, such as trademarks and other distinctive signs, patents, design, copyright and related rights, unfair competition, information technology, know-how and trade secrets, misleading and comparative advertising, geographical indications and designations of origin. During her professional career, she has gained a wealth of experience in various sectors, dealing with a wide range of complex matters at national and international level and providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance, including coordination and management of complex cross-border proceedings and the negotiation of agreements.
Professional experience
Anna Gardini joined the Firm as a Counsel in 2020 and became of Counsel in 2023. Previously, she has gained a 20 years’ experience in a leading Italian firm specialised in intellectual property and information technology.

Academic activities
Anna participates as a speaker at national and international seminars and is author of articles and commentaries on IP issues. She has been a lecturer from 2010 until 2016 in “Brand Protection, other IP rights and related commercial agreements” at the post-graduate annual Master Course in "Fashion Marketing and Fashion Brand Management", as well as in the three year Course BA in "Fashion Marketing and Communication" at IED – European Institute of Design in Milan, in partnership with University of Westminster in London.
