Alain provides out-of-court advice to leading Italian and international clients on matters concerning criminal corporate law with a focus on banking, finance, and insurance. He has personally advised clients in proceedings concerning market abuse, criminal tax law, and criminal insolvency law. He also served as a member of Supervisory Bodies.
Alain was rewarded "Lawyer of the Year – White Collar Crimes" at Legalcommunity Forty under 40 Awards 2022.
