Newsalert Corporate Department - “Urgent” transaction with related parties: temporary extension of the exemption regime

With resolution no. 21396 of June 10, 2020, Consob has introduced, on a temporary basis, a regime which partially derogates from the regulation on related parties transactions pursuant to Consob resolution no. 17221 of March 12, 2010 (the “RPT Regulation”), aimed at simplifying the use of the exemption for the approval of related parties transactions of an “urgent” nature.
This regime, which shall enter into force on the day after publication of the resolution in the Official Journal, shall apply until June 30, 2021.
