Laura’s practice focuses on financial markets. She advises Italian and international listed and non-listed companies on equity and debt capital market transactions. She also has experience in advising Italian listed companies on corporate governance.
She was awarded as “Rising star of the year" at IFLR Europe Awards 2023.
