Isabella mainly deals with EU law and regulated sectors, including inter alia electronic communications and media. Her practice also includes competition law and State aids with a specific focus on transport infrastructure and services, Internal Market, public procurements and concessions, EU institutional matters, data protection, namely in the information technology sector, as well as environmental and consumer law. Isabella regularly advises and represents Italian and international clients before the EU Commission, as well as before the Italian independent authorities and jurisdictions.
Isabella has a significant litigation expertise before the Court of Justice and the General Court of the EU, both in direct actions and preliminary ruling proceedings.
