Elisabetta provides out-of-court assistance to Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary corporate transactions (including mergers, acquisitions and corporate listing), with specific regard to the applicable administrative law provisions governing specific sectors.
She has garnered particular experience in the energy sector (production, development, trading and retail market with respect to both conventional and renewable energy sources) and environmental protection, assisting leading national and international clients.
The experience gained in the Real Estate sector has also been significant, in particular she has been involved in the divestment, public and private financing of the major national real estate portfolios.
