The assistance includes management, planning and deployment of family wealth (including artworks), intra-generational transfers of family businesses and the structuring of philanthropic or other community benefit activities, making use of traditional national and international wills, fiduciary mandates and insurance policies, but also more innovative instruments, such as trusts.
