The Firm acts for clients in litigation, at every level of national court, both ordinary and special, and concerning civil, commercial, corporate, banking, financing, or bankruptcy matters, as well as in proceedings before regulatory authorities.

Chiomenti has significant experience in international arbitration on matters concerning investment, notably in dealing with disputes before specialized arbitral panels established pursuant to the 1965 Washington Convention on settlement of foreign investment disputes, better known as the ICSID Convention.
