Legalcommunity Corporate Awards: Chiomenti awarded as “Private Equity Law Firm of the Year 2018”

2018 edition, which was held on Thursday 14 June 18 at Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan during the Legalcommunity Week, wanted to give recognition to the excellence of the legal market in the Corporate field both from an extrajudicial and judicial point of view. Chiomenti received the award, distinguishing itself for the undeniable and solid legal skills combined with a strategic wisdom that is crucial from the point of view of the business.

Legalcommunity Corporate Awards have conferred prizes to the M&A, Real Estate, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Restructuring, Competition Antitrust and Tax M&A sectors. The best deals closed in the period under consideration were also awarded, as well as the excellence of corporate criminal.
