Five new partners appointed effective as of 1 January 2009
Rome, 13 December 2008 – Chiomenti Studio Legale has appointed the following new equity partners effective as of 1 January 2009: Michele Delfini, Franco Lambertenghi, Claudio Lichino, Alessandra Pieretti and Luigi Vaccaro.
Michele Delfini, 41, joined Chiomenti in 1998. He is a member of the corporate department and of the M&A practice area, with special focus on regulatory sectors. He is based in Milan.
Franco Lambertenghi, 37, joined Chiomenti in 2004. He is also a solicitor in England and Wales. His practice area is energy, with special focus on the oil & gas sector. He is based in London and Milan.
Claudio Lichino, 38, joined Chiomenti in 1995. He is a member of the finance department. He is based in London, with special focus on securitisations and structured finance.
Alessandra Pieretti, 40, joined Chiomenti in 2000. She is a member of the corporate department and of the M&A practice area, with special focus on company law and corporate contracts. She is based in Milan.
Luigi Vaccaro, 37, joined Chiomenti in 2001. He is member of the corporate department, with special focus on M&A and private equity, including for financial and market sectors. He is based in Milan.
